Harvey Dangerous debuted at WXW Slanty Eyed Smash as the federation's first Commissioner, and it didn't take long for him to make an impact. Harvey announced that he would be the WXW's new commentator, as well as a wrestler. He was very vocal about his hatred for the newly-formed jTa and everything they stood for. Dangerous aligned himself with "The American Dream" Dusty Rose and Dumb Donald, and set out to eliminate not only the jTa, but Dave as well. Harvey had a series of brutal matches with his enemies, but his failure to defeat them led to his fallout with the Dream and Dumb Donald. Harvey then turned to the services of the thug-for-hire Fabu, who broke Dirty Harry's arm. Commissioner Dangerous then stripped Dirty Harry of the WXW Title, because he was at the hospital as the event began. He then set up a match against Captain Numbnutz to crown a new WXW Champion, and Harvey won easily. At Hey Come On We're Not From Texas, Harvey Dangerous was baptized by Jesus Skynyrd, but still lost the WXW Championship to Dirty Harry in a classic battle. At Muddy Massacre, Harvey D was awarded the Hardcore Title, but lost it minutes later in a brutal match with Weak Flabstrong. At Trailer Trash Xtreme Bash, Harvey joined forces with Team Varsity and won the Tag Titles with GW, becoming the first grand slam champion in the history of the WXW. At Date Rape, Harvey D hit GW with the Lights Out Bitch, costing Team Varsity the tag titles. Harvey went on to say that he was kicking GW out of Team Varsity, and that he would become the new leader.
